Classical body ballet is especially suitable for people suffering from spinal distortion and irregular body posture.
They spend a lot of time in front of the computer in the office or at home, for housewives who, while doing their daily chores, stand bent and suffer from back pain.
It helps the healing process in people suffering severe illness and after rehabilitation.
Classic ballet improves tone and heart rhythm.
The body becomes more mobile and flexible.

Classical ballet exercises can also include elements of Yoga, Pilates, Cardio-Ballet, techniques for proper breathing and relaxation.
All of them taken together with suitably selected exercises, give good results to the visible tight muscles of the body, if desired to lose some weight.
